RoverPass Guest Refund Policy

Platform Fee

Once a reservation is created and payment is processed, RoverPass has provided its service and the RoverPass platform fee is nonrefundable.

Campground Payouts for Reservations

The campground is responsible for enforcing their own cancellation policy regarding any funds received for reservations.

Credit Card Processing Fees

Credit card processing fees are charged to RoverPass by Stripe and are nonrefundable. In the event of a refund to a guest after a payment is processed, the total refund cannot exceed the amount that was paid out to the campground.


Disputes

In the event of a credit card dispute by a guest, the campground will be responsible for repaying any funds lost in the dispute. These include the reservation amount, credit card processing fees, the additional dispute fee, and the lost platform fees.
