Can the horse owner book a place to sleep too?

Can I require a Coggins or health papers at booking?

Yes. You can require a negative Coggins, vaccination records, or a signed waiver before a booking is confirmed, so every horse arriving on your property is already cleared.

Do you handle long-term boarders with recurring billing?

Yes. Month-to-month and seasonal stalls use recurring invoices and autopay through our long-term stay tools, so a boarder's stall renews and gets billed automatically.

How do travelers find my stalls?

You can list your property on the RoverPass marketplace so horse owners planning a route can find and book your stalls, alongside taking direct bookings from your own site.

Is this different from stall management at a horse show?

Yes. This is for selling stalls as bookable stays, overnight or long-term. Assigning specific stalls to show entries during an event is handled separately, so if you run shows too, tell us about your setup during a demo. Event venues can also explore our fairgrounds reservation software.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. We run month-to-month with no lock-in, and our US-based team is on hand to help you get set up.
