When will payments run if campers choose ACH?

ACH payments are processed on the billing day each month, similar to credit card payments. However, ACH processing times are longer, so campers should submit ACH details well in advance of their billing date.

Can I set up ACH payments for my campers?

No, for security reasons, campers must set up ACH payments themselves through their RoverPass Traveler Account. Encourage your guests to follow the steps outlined in their portal to add ACH as a payment method.

What if a payment fails?

If an ACH payment fails, the failed status will be visible in the "Reservation Payments" tab within the campground dashboard, so you can quickly see and address the issue with the camper.

Are there any restrictions on ACH payments?

Yes. ACH payments are only available for campgrounds located within the United States, for reservations over 27 nights or flexible reservations, and for campgrounds using USD as their primary currency.

What are the ACH processing fees?

ACH payments are processed at a flat rate of 1%, with a maximum fee of $5, a significant saving for guests compared to typical credit-card fees.

Can I choose not to offer ACH payments?

Yes. You can turn off ACH payments at any time by going to the System Settings tab and toggling ACH payments off.
