How much does RoverPass cost?

Small parks pay a $99 monthly minimum, and $3.50 per-reservation fees count toward that minimum rather than adding to it, so you pay the greater of the two and never both. At 29 reservations a month the minimum stops applying. Medium parks pay $3.50 per reservation with the monthly fee waived, and large parks are custom from $1.50. RoverPass started with a simple idea: managing a campground or RV park should not mean stitching together phone calls, spreadsheets, and a patchwork of disconnected tools. So we built one platform that handles the work of running a park, from the first booking to the final report.

Today RoverPass supports campgrounds, RV parks, and glamping sites of every size, from family-run parks to large public and private operations. More than 2,000 campgrounds and RV parks in the United States run on RoverPass. The platform includes a marketplace listing and over 7,000 integrations through Zapier, and if a park needs something the software does not already do, we build it.
