Small parks pay a $99/month minimum, and each reservation is $3.50 and counts toward that minimum — so you're billed the greater of $99 or your reservations times $3.50, never both. Medium parks pay $3.50 per reservation with no monthly minimum, and large parks and resorts get custom pricing from $1.50 per reservation. Every tier includes the full platform with no contracts.

Is RoverPass built for very small parks with fewer than 10 sites?

Absolutely. The Small tier fits parks of any size, you get the full booking calendar, payments, automated confirmations, phone support, and onboarding from day one.

What happens as my park grows? Can I upgrade tiers?

Yes. You stay on the same account and platform, we simply update your pricing as you add sites. Higher volume unlocks waived monthly fees and lower per reservation rates.

Do all tiers include phone support?

Yes. Phone support and a dedicated onboarding manager are included on Small, Medium, and Large tiers, alongside email and chat support — white-glove setup no matter your size.
