Ask Your Park Anything With AI Assist

AI Assist is a panel inside your RoverPass owner portal. You ask a question about your park in plain English, like "who still owes a balance?" or "how did October compare to last October?", and it answers from your park's own RoverPass data, with the table behind the answer. It also answers how-to questions from the RoverPass help center.

Every active staff member except housekeeping accounts. Each person only sees what their portal permissions already allow, and payment amounts need payment access. Only owners and admins can approve changes.

No. AI Assist takes the repeat work off their plate: the same lookup twenty times a day, the Monday report, the "how do I" question. Your team still greets guests, makes the judgment calls and approves anything that changes a reservation or touches money.

No. You type a question the way you'd ask a coworker, like "who's arriving today?", and AI Assist answers. No report builder to learn and no formulas.

It can set up changes like blocking a site, updating a rate, refunding a deposit or checking a guest in. It shows you exactly what will change, and nothing runs until an owner or admin approves it.

It never takes card numbers in the chat; payments stay on the portal's own screens and card readers. It can't delete anything. Cancelling a reservation doesn't refund it on its own: a refund is a separate change you approve, and RoverPass fees are never refunded through AI Assist. A price change on a reservation is never charged to the guest automatically.

Your park's RoverPass data (reservations, guests, payments, payouts, occupancy, revenue and rates) and the RoverPass help center. It only reads your park, and only what the person asking is allowed to see. When an answer is limited by a date range or result size, it says so.

The AI Chatbot talks to your guests on your website and answers from what you wrote about your park. AI Assist talks to you and your team inside the owner portal and answers from your park's data.
