Yes. You set nightly rates for overnight stopovers and monthly rates for agistment, and both run from the same dashboard. The platform is the same caravan park booking system parks use, set up for stalls.

Can the horse owner book a place to stay too?

Yes. If you offer powered sites or camping, the person towing the float can add their own spot to the same reservation as the stall, so the horse and the human are both booked in one order.

Can I require Hendra vaccination or health papers at booking?

Yes. You can require Hendra vaccination records, a health declaration, or a signed waiver before a booking is confirmed, so every horse arriving on your property is already cleared.

Do you handle long-term agistment with recurring billing?

Yes. Month-to-month and seasonal stalls use recurring invoices and autopay through our long-term stay tools, so a regular's stall renews and gets billed automatically.

How do travelers find my stabling?

You can list your property on the RoverPass marketplace so horse owners planning a route can find and book your stabling, alongside taking direct bookings from your own site.

Is this different from stall allocation at a show?

Yes. This is for selling stabling as bookable stays, overnight or long-term. Allocating specific stalls and yards to entries during an event is handled separately, so if you run events too, tell us about your setup during a demo. Event grounds can also explore our showground camping software.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. We run month-to-month with no lock-in, and our local team is on hand to help you get set up.
