What is the Reporting workspace?

It's a more organised place for the reports caravan park operators use most, reservations, payments, occupancy, guests, revenue, and day to day operations, with categories, favourites, filters, KPIs, charts, and exports built in.

Can I keep reports I use often closer to hand?

Yes. Favourite any report card to keep it in a dedicated Favourites tab so high use reports are one click away.

Each report supports date ranges, and when a report has multiple date columns you can pick the date type to analyse. Filters also include multi select with search, and report specific fields based on the data loaded.

What do KPI cards and charts show?

KPI cards display aggregations like count, sum, average, count distinct, ratio, and delta percent, formatted as numbers, currency, nights, or percent. Charts include bar, pie, doughnut, line, and stacked variants.

Can I export the data?

Yes. Reports can be exported to CSV or XLSX so finance, owners, or external workflows can use the same data outside the platform.

Are all reports available to every park?

Not always. Standard reports are available broadly, but the platform supports caravan park specific report visibility so individual parks can see custom views relevant to their operation.

Can I request a custom report?

Yes. There's a Request Custom Report path inside the Reporting workspace for cases where your park needs a view the standard reports don't cover.
