An AI Chatbot That Only Knows Your Caravan Park

Guests ask about powered sites, pets, and check-in times at 10 pm. Your chatbot answers from your park's own content, and flags anything it could not answer so you can fill the gap.

Live on your website in four steps

From switching it on to closing the gaps it finds, here is the whole routine, all from your Owner Portal.

Step 01

Turn it on

Enable the AI Chatbot from your caravan park settings in the Owner Portal. No code, and no separate account to manage.

Step 02

It learns your park

The chatbot reads the listing content you already maintain: your description, park rules, tariffs, amenities, and site types become its knowledge base.

Step 03

Guests get answers

The chat widget goes live on your website and answers guest enquiries around the clock, while you read the conversations from the dashboard.

Step 04

You close the gaps

Open Content gaps to see what it could not answer. Write the answer once and that question is handled from then on.

Trained on your park, not the web

It answers from your content only

The chatbot runs on strict retrieval. It can only answer using your caravan park's own description, rules, tariffs, amenities, and site details. When the answer is not in your content, it says so instead of guessing.

  • No invented policies and no made-up tariffs
  • Every answer traces back to your own listing
  • Says so plainly when it does not know

Every question it could not answer, flagged for you

When the chatbot has no good answer, it does not just say so and move on. It logs the question as a content gap and groups everyone who asked the same thing into one entry, with a count and the last time it came up.

  • Similar wordings grouped into a single entry
  • See how many guests asked, and when they last did
  • Filter by the reason the bot fell short

Fill the gap and it never misses that question again

Type the answer into the gap and choose Answer this. It lands in the chatbot's knowledge base as an FAQ right away, so the next guest who asks any version of that question gets your answer. The gap moves to Resolved and stops coming back.

  • Your answer becomes an FAQ immediately
  • No retraining, and no second knowledge base
  • Not worth answering? Dismiss it instead

Your knowledge base keeps itself current

Change your quiet hours, add a new powered site type, or update a tariff. The knowledge base syncs from your RoverPass listing, so answers stay current without you retraining anything or keeping a second copy of your park's details.

  • Syncs from the listing you already maintain
  • One source of truth for your park's details
  • No separate content to keep up to date

Three ways it knows it fell short

A gap is flagged for one of three reasons. Filter by reason so you start with the ones worth your time.

No match

A guest asked about something your content does not cover at all, such as a dump point or an unpowered site tariff you never listed. The chatbot tells them it does not have that detail and flags the question for you.

Declined

Your content mentions the topic but not the specific answer. Your rules say pets are welcome, but not whether there is a fee. These are usually the fastest gaps to close, because you already know the answer.

Downvoted

The chatbot answered and the guest marked it unhelpful. You see the exact exchange, so you can correct the content behind a weak answer rather than guessing what went wrong.
