The All-In-One Campground Reservation Software

This is the part most parks worry about, and it is the part we handle. Our onboarding team migrates your site map, rates, rules and upcoming reservations for you, so you are not re-entering a season of bookings by hand. You keep taking reservations on your current system until the day you go live.

Most parks are live in days, not months. Onboarding builds your park map, rates and policies with you rather than handing you a blank system and a manual. The timeline depends mostly on how many sites and rate rules you have, which is one of the things we work out on the demo.

It is $3.50 per reservation, with a $99 per month minimum that your reservation fees count toward. Once you pass 29 reservations in a month the minimum stops applying and you simply pay per booking. High volume parks and resorts move to custom pricing starting at $1.50 per reservation. You also choose who covers the $3.50: your park can absorb it, or the camper can pay it at checkout.

No. The reservation software works entirely on its own, running bookings through your own website and front desk. Listing on the marketplace is a separate choice you can make later, or never.

Phone support and a dedicated onboarding contact, not just a help centre and a contact form. Campgrounds are seasonal and problems tend to happen on a Friday in July, so reaching a person matters more than the feature list.
